Cowboy Bebop anime series will be streamed by Daisuki

The anime streaming service Daisuki announced at its panel at Otakon that it will stream Cowboy Bebop television anime series. Funimation had announced that it had licensed the series and plans to release the series for the first time digitally and on Blu-ray Disc. Funimation plans to release the series on home video in 2014. Bandai Entertainment previously held the license to the series. The series originally aired in Japan in 1998-1999.

Daisuki launched in May and is also streaming:

  • The Prince of Tennis,
  • Sword Art Online,
  • Mobile Suit Z Gundam,

  • Mobile Suit Gundam Seed,
  • Gundam UC, Dragon Ball Z,
  • and One Piece.

The site is also streaming Monogatari Series Second Season, Nekomonogatari (Black), Nisemonogatari, and Bakemonogatari this summer.
